Augarten Old Viennese Dessert Plate

Augarten Old Viennese Dinnerware adds an elegant touch to any table. A delicate leaf pattern surrounds the edge and is detailed with a 24 karat gold rim. This style of leaf patterning is typical of the Biedermeier period. Since the paint work must be absolutely precise, there are only a few specialized artists who can paint these patterns by hand. The Old Viennese pattern is hand painted on the Schubert shape, an Augarten classic, which dates back to the 19^th Century Biedermeier era.
