As an exacting chef and restaurateur who insists on using exceptional ingredients and tools, Wiener came to Pott looking to design a signature line of knives. Pott worked closely with Wiener, creating each design in her own kitchen. The knives are hand-crafted with Solingen steel and FSC certified wood. Through better styling and construction, these knives represent design and craftsmanship at their best. All pieces feature a Plum Wood handle except the Privatier, which is of Rosewood.
