In this show-stopping signature Lobmeyr Metropolitan Foyer Chandelier L-16 light model, crystal beads and polished metal expand into their own universe of light. Originally designed for the Metropolitan Opera in New York and inspired by images of distant galaxies.

Polished nickel plated brass and Swarovski hand cut crystal chandelier with sputnik elements and black center and outer spheres.  Metal parts in different finishes and sputnik elements in different color or metal finish also available upon request. Elliptical layout also an option upon request.

Founded in 1823, J. & L. Lobmeyr is a family-owned Viennese glassware company known for its crystal stemware, accessories, and lighting. Six generations of Austrian glassmakers have created brilliant chandeliers and flawless drinking sets. In 1966, Lobmeyr designed the iconic ‘Metropolitan Chandelier’ for the New York Metropolitan Opera. Today, the brand continues to innovate with collections like ‘Script’ by Bodo Sperlein.
