Processing & Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within one to three business days. If an item is out of stock or backordered, you will receive an email notification.

If we do not have sufficient inventory to fulfill your order, it will be treated as a Special Order — meaning we will source the item directly from our partner. For Special and Custom Orders, an estimated shipment date will be provided via email once we receive confirmation from our partner.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Delivery dates and timeframes listed in product descriptions are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Many of our pieces ship directly from our brand partners, several of whom are based overseas. Lead times vary by order and by quantity, and we are not always able to provide an exact shipment date. We appreciate your patience.

Domestic Shipping

Ground shipping is complimentary on all orders of $300 or more shipping within the contiguous United States and is fulfilled via UPS. Orders under $300 are charged standard ground shipping rates, calculated and displayed at checkout. Expedited options — including second-day and overnight delivery — are available at checkout. All shipping methods and fees are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Saturday delivery and further expediting are available upon request; additional charges may apply.

All shipping costs beyond complimentary ground shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

International orders ship via UPS or DHL. Customers outside the United States are responsible for all import costs assessed by the shipping carrier, including duties, import taxes, and brokerage or disbursement fees. Kneen & Co does not provide estimates for customs and duties.

Please note: delays in paying import costs may result in additional storage fees, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. If a shipment is returned to Kneen & Co, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Delays

Kneen & Co assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, acts of war, terrorism, acts of nature, or other circumstances beyond our control. Refunds are not issued for shipment delays.
