When registering with Kneen & Co, you will be prompted to set up a user name and password. With this information, you can log in and update your account information, check the status of your order and manage your gift registry.
Updated Delivery Conditions
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, many of our international partners are experiencing longer than usual delivery times and shipping delays. We ask for your patience and understanding as we may not be able to give you an exact shipping date for your order. Please feel free to call us at 312-643-1190 or email us at [email protected] to check stock or work with a member of our team. We can assist with finding items that can be delivered in a more timely basis. Thank you for your understanding.
All returns must be pre-approved by phone with Kneen & Co. Please call 312-643-1190 for your return authorization information and to obtain a return shipping label. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of merchandise for store credit or exchange ONLY, and all shipping fees are non-refundable. Store credit expires after 90 days from the date of the original purchase.
Special orders and custom items are non-returnable and non-cancellable.
Any item(s) for return must be sent back in original and unused condition with the original packaging and packing slip and/or sales receipt. Items must be well-packed; additional packaging may be necessary. Kneen & Co reserves the right to deny any return, and some items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Damage claims for received merchandise must be made within 5 days of a package’s arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt, as claims will not be accepted after 5 days. In order to process a damage claim, please provide photos of the damaged item(s) and original packaging. Please call 312-643-1190 or email [email protected] to process the damage claim. Once your damage claim is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and return authorization information.
When placing special orders that require additional information, such as color or material selections, please indicate the specific information in the “Special Instructions” section on the checkout page. Special orders cannot be canceled and cannot be returned for credit or a refund.
Kneen & Co will ship all orders via UPS. You have the option to select ground, second-day or overnight delivery when placing your order. Orders received before 12:00 p.m. CST will be processed that day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. CST will be processed the next business day. Orders are not processed over the weekends or on holidays.
In-stock items generally ship within 1 and 5 business days of order, unless a more expeditious shipping option is selected. You will be notified by email you if the item is out of stock or backordered.
Kneen & Co will make every effort to fulfill your request in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee a specific shipping date. Please contact us directly if you need your order processed more quickly or if you would like to inquire about the availability of an item.

All orders will ship with a packing slip that does not include price information. An invoice of the purchased items can be sent electronically or included with the item upon request. Gift receipts are also available.
You will have the option at checkout to specify if you want to require a signature for delivery.
All sterling silver flatware orders will require a signature for delivery. Messenger service is available in the City of Chicago; please call us or email us to arrange.
Free Ground Shipping will be offered for all orders in the continental United States. Shipping fees will apply to all 2 day and overnight shipments within the United States. Fees will be calculated at check out.
International orders can be processed online. Please email us at [email protected] or call us at +1-312-643-1190 to inquire about an international order. Shipping fees will be calculated upon checkout. For all shipments sent to international destinations, any duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
All credit cards are subject to an authorization hold at the time when you place an order. All orders require a 100% payment, including merchandise that is backordered or special ordered.
If the order is shipped and delivered within the state of Illinois, it will be subject to a 10.25% sales tax.
When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address and credit card information in order to process and ship your order. Kneen & Co does not keep your credit card information in its system, and does not sell nor share this information with outside companies or third parties. We do not sell any other data such as your name, address or purchasing habits to any third parties.
Your credit card is completely safe. Protecting your information is our highest priority. The check out process employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to insure your safety.

Kneen & Co makes every effort to ensure that our prices are accurate. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, KneenandCo.com reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order placed at the incorrect price.
