The Palace Steak Knife collection from Alain Saint-Joanis comes as a set of 6 in a wood box. Traditionally hand-made in La Monnerie, France, the blades are forged from 1.4116 stainless steel.  Available in resin or wood handles in Ivory, Mother of Pearl, Olive Wood, Black, Grey Bark, Brown Bark, Grey Horn and Rio Wood. The Palace Knife handle has a thicker handle than the other Alain Saint-Joanis styles.
