Augarten Old Viennese Dinnerware adds an elegant touch to any table. A delicate green leaf pattern surrounds the edge and is detailed with a 24 karat gold rim. This style of leaf patterning is typical of the Biedermeier period. Since the paint work must be absolutely precise, there are only a few specialized artists who can paint these patterns by hand. The Old Viennese pattern is hand painted on the Schubert shape, an Augarten classic, which dates back to the 19th Century Biedermeier era.
