On December 23 we got a note that the bowls were ready to ship and Kneen & Co shipped them out next day delivery without charging and without even seeking acknowledgement for helping to make our Christmas Eve with family so special. The packing was impeccable, heavy duty box labeled fragile, styrofoam peanuts, original box inside, etc. Unfortunately, when I opened the box I discovered … More one of the glasses was broken just above the base.
