The exacting chef and restaurateur has always insisted on better ingredients and better ideas, and so it was when she came to Pott to design a signature line of knives. Pott worked closely with Wiener every step of the way, and every design has passed muster in her own hands in her own kitchen. The steel is Solingen, the wood is FSC certified, and every knife produced is the result of a painstaking ninety-point process.
