The R+D.Lab Trulli Mill Cordovan Red is a handcrafted Italian salt or pepper mill in a rich, expressive hue inspired by traditional leatherwork and deep botanical dyes. Refined yet rooted in heritage, Cordovan Red brings depth and warmth to the mill’s sculptural silhouette and a confident note of color to the table.

Handmade in Italy from solid beechwood, each Trulli Mill is individually shaped using traditional wood-turning techniques. Subtle variations in grain and form are inherent to the artisanal process, making every piece unique. Designed to be used for either salt or pepper, the mill is fitted with a high-performance Danish ceramic grinder that adjusts easily between coarse and fine settings and is backed by a 25-year guarantee.
