The R+D.Lab Trulli Mill Legno is a handcrafted Italian salt or pepper mill that celebrates beechwood in its most natural state. Left unadorned, the warm finish reveals the wood’s delicate grain and brings a quiet, organic character to the mill’s sculptural silhouette.

Handmade in Italy from solid beechwood, each Trulli Mill is individually shaped using traditional wood-turning techniques. Subtle variations in grain and form are inherent to the artisanal process, making every piece unique. Designed to be used for either salt or pepper, the mill is fitted with a high-performance Danish ceramic grinder that adjusts easily between coarse and fine settings and is backed by a 25-year guarantee.
