The R+D.Lab Trulli Mill Madder Brown is a handcrafted Italian salt or pepper mill in a deep, grounded hue inspired by natural dyes and rich, earthen tones. Warm and quietly handsome, Madder Brown lends depth to the mill’s sculptural silhouette and a timeless presence at the table.

Handmade in Italy from solid beechwood, each Trulli Mill is individually shaped using traditional wood-turning techniques. Subtle variations in grain and form are inherent to the artisanal process, making every piece unique. Designed to be used for either salt or pepper, the mill is fitted with a high-performance Danish ceramic grinder that adjusts easily between coarse and fine settings and is backed by a 25-year guarantee.
