Venini Black Belt Quadro

The Black Belt Quadro Vase was created through a collaboration between Venini and the American architect Peter Marino. Black Belt Quadro is cubic in shape and features black bands overlapping crystal glass. This belted effect is created using the Fasce technique, where glass is blown and later decorated with black bands while still hot. Because these vases are made using completely handcrafted procedures, each piece is entirely unique. Black Belt Quadro Vases are a Limited Edition and signed by the artist.

Peter Marino grew to join the highest echelons of luxury design architects in New York after winning awards for residential, retail and hospitality projects worldwide. Marino is known to integrate commissions into his architectural designs and as a collector, is known for his affection for modern and contemporary art. The limited edition Black Belt collection is designed by Peter Marino and encompasses his artistic vision.
